Terms of service

These terms apply to the Sendable Android app and the correction service behind it ("Sendable", "we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Sendable does

Sendable corrects the grammar and spelling of text you select and sends to it. It returns a corrected version and shows you the difference. You decide whether to replace your text. Sendable does not guarantee that a correction is right, complete, or appropriate for your situation; you remain responsible for what you send.

Plans and limits

• Free includes a fixed number of fixes per day and needs no account.
• Standard includes a higher daily limit.
• Unlimited has no daily cap and is subject to the fair-use policy.

Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. A fix is counted when the server receives it, including requests that fail or time out. The current limits and prices are shown in the app and on the pricing page.

Payments, renewals, and cancellation

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions through Google Play and are governed by Google Play's terms and refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Google Play subscriptions; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars on the site and in your local currency in Google Play; local taxes may apply.

Accounts

Paid plans use an account so the plan can follow you across phones. Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete all data at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sendable to:

• send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• access the service by scripted or automated means outside the app;
• resell or share a plan beyond your own personal use.

We may suspend or end access for use that breaks these terms or the fair-use policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text you send. You grant Sendable only what is needed to process it and return a correction. Sendable does not store your text; see the privacy policy for the single data path it takes.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or prices; changes to paid plans take effect at your next renewal and are announced in the app or its release notes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sendable's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Sendable is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including anything you send after a correction.
