Fair-use policy

The Unlimited plan has no daily cap for a person writing by hand. It is not a licence for scripts, bots, or shared accounts.

The rule

Unlimited is for one person's own writing, sent from the Sendable app. There is a safety ceiling of 2,000 fixes in a single UTC day, well above anything a human reaches by selecting text and tapping Fix. If you hit it, Fix pauses until midnight UTC and the app tells you so. Nothing is charged extra and nothing is lost.

What counts as unfair use

• Sending text through automated tools, scripts, or a modified client.
• Sharing one account between several people or devices in a way that looks like several users.
• Using the service as a back end for another product.

We may limit or end access for accounts that repeatedly hit the ceiling in these ways. We will not do so for ordinary heavy use, however heavy.
